How and when do I get paid?
Commissions are calculated on completed, non-refunded orders and paid out monthly with no minimum threshold — by bank transfer, PayPal, or store credit with a 10% bonus.
What counts as "their first order"?
The first order a customer places using your code or link. The 20% rate applies once, to that order. Every order after that — and any membership they take out — earns you 5% for life.
Does the recurring commission ever expire?
No. As long as the customer's account stays tied to your original referral, you earn 5% on their orders indefinitely, including if they upgrade to Lab Member or Lab Pro membership.
Can the customer discount stack with other offers?
Your 10% affiliate code is applied instead of, not on top of, other promotional codes — whichever gives the customer the better price is used automatically.
Are there any rules I should know?
Promote the products, not just the discount — coupon-only and brand-bidding traffic isn't eligible. Full terms are shared on approval. Otherwise, there's no cap and no lock-in.
Is there a cost to join?
None. Applying and running your partner account is completely free.
