Can I cancel any time?
Yes — membership is billed monthly or annually with no lock-in contract. Cancel from your account and you'll keep benefits until the end of the current billing period.
Does the discount stack with sale prices?
Your membership discount applies on top of standard tier pricing, but not on top of separate promotional codes — whichever gives you the better price is automatically applied at checkout.
How does priority dispatch work?
Lab Pro orders are queued ahead of standard orders in our same-day dispatch run, so if you order before the 3pm cutoff you're first out the door.
What is the "research credit"?
Lab Pro members receive a monthly credit applied automatically to their account balance, usable on any order — it never expires while your membership is active.
